Ingredients


Ingredients:


8 K Seekh Kabab

4-5 Potatoes

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1 tsp Chili sauce

1/2 tsp Paprika

Salt to taste

1 cup Mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup Cheddar cheese

1/4 cup Milk

2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions

Directions:

Cut potatoes lengthwise and soak in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take out, pat dry and refrigerate them for 1 hour.
Sprinkle some salt on fries, heat oil in a pan and fry them on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
Take them out and rest it for 10 minutes. Fry again until golden brown.
In a separate pan heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, chili sauce, paprika, salt, milk and stir for a minute.
Now add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and cook until cheese melts.
Prepare K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per the instructions on the pack and cut them into half.
Put fries, K&N’s Seekh Kabab in a platter and pour cheese sauce on top.
Sprinkle some sliced jalapenos, spring onions and your fries are ready to serve.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serve: 3-4 persons
