Mutton Kunna Recipe for taste
Ingredients
- 1 cup Desi Ghee- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Whole White Cumin
- 1 tbsp Green Chili
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 700g Mutton
- As per taste Salt
- 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 cup Mutton Stock
- 5g Green Coriander
- 5g Ginger
- 1 tbsp Black Cumin
- 3 tsp Wheat Flour
Instructions
1- In a clay cooking pot, add desi ghee and bring to heat2- Now, add onion, whole white cumin, green chili and cook until light brown
3- Now, add ginger garlic paste, mutton and cook for 2-3 minutes
4- Now, add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and mix them well
5- Now, simmer for 35-40 minutes on low flame, then cook for 5-7 minutes
6- Now, add mutton stock, wheat flour mixed in water
7- Now, use green coriander, ginger, green chili for garnish
