Ginger Chicken for taste This zingy curry is must-make recipe and only takes 50 minutes, fresher than your local take away and much healthier too.
Ingredients
Chicken boneless ½ kgOnion 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
White flour with chicken cubes 1 tbsp
Ginger 3 tbsp (chopped)
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt as required
Lemon 2
Green coriander ½ bunch
Green chilli 4
All spice 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
Oil 1 cup
Instructions
Heat up oil in a pan and fry onion till it become golden brown.Now add ginger garlic paste, red chilli, all spice, turmeric and salt and cook it well.
Cut chicken in cubes and fry a little in a separate pan.
Now put it in prepared gravy and add green coriander, green chilli, ginger and lemon juice and cook it till 10 minutes and cover it with lid.
Serve it with nan.
