Caesar’s Salad Card

Why recepie famous for?

Cook time : 6-10 minutes

Ingredients

Eggs 2
Parmesan cheese grated 100 grams
Iceberg lettuce 1/2 bunch
Lollorosso lettuce 1/2 bunch
Basil leaves 5-6
Oil 1 tablespoon
For dressing
Bread slices 2
Sea salt to taste
Garlic peeled 2
Black peppercorns 3-4
Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon
Mustard paste 1 teaspoon
Extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons

Instructions

Step 1
Boil sufficient water in a non stick pan, add eggs and boil them for four minutes only.
Step 2
Crush sea salt, garlic and black peppercorns in a mortar.
Step 3
Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard paste and mix well.
Step 4
Break the eggs and add. Add the extra virgin oil and mix well.
Step 5
Cut the bread slices into one inch pieces.
Step 6
Heat the oil in another non stick pan, add the bread pieces and sauté till slightly crisp and browned at the edges.
Step 7
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves well, tear them roughly and place in a large bowl.
Step 8
Tear basil leaves and add to the lettuce. Add the cheese shavings or grated cheese.
Step 9
Add the fried bread and toss lightly.
Step 10
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
