Why recepie famous for?

This is an easy recipe for Chicken Kalmi Tikka Masala--chicken marinated in yogurt and spices and then served in a tomato cream sauce. Serve with rice or warm pita bread.

Ingredients

8 Chicken Legs
Salt (As Needed)
1 TBSP Red Chili Powder
2 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste
3 TBSP Lemon Juice
200 gm Yogurt
½ Cup Cream
3 Green Chilies
1 TBSP Ground Red Chili
1 TBSP Garam Masala
1 TBSP Coriander Powder
1 TBSP Cumin Powder
50 gm Roasted Gram Flour
50 gm Cashew Powder
2 Eggs (For Egg White)
2 TBSP Olive Oil

Instructions

Cooking Method:
1. Take Chicken Legs and place long cuts at these chicken legs

2. Now Take a Bowl, add chicken legs, salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, mix them all and keep this mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes

3. Now add yogurt in a bowl, then add cream, green chili, salt, ground red chili, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, roasted gram flour, cashew powder, egg white, olive oil, marinated chicken legs and mix it well
4. keep this mixture in fridge for 15 Minutes


5. Now grill these chicken legs until they turn into brown

6. Your tasty kalmi tikka is ready to serve
