Ingredients
IngredientsLauki ½ kg (peeled & cubed)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion 1 cup (chopped)
Tomatoes 2 cup (chopped)
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chilies 2 (chopped)
Chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves hand full
Salt 1 tsp
Oil as required
Instructions
Heat oil, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and green chilies, fry till onions are light golden.Add ginger garlic paste with chopped tomatoes, salt and chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder.
Add lauki cook for 2 minutes than cover and cook on dam until soft.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve
