Ingredients
16 slices bacon8 slices toasted white bread
1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
8 slices Cheddar chee
Instructions
Step 1Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Place 8 slices of toast on a baking sheet. Place a slice of pineapple, two slices of bacon and a slice of cheese on each. Broil until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
