Ingredients

INGREDIENTS;
Mutton Fillet 4,
Rice 2 cups,
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,
Lemons 2,
Yogurt ½ cup,
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Fresh Cream 1 packet,
Green chilies 4,
Chopped onion 2,
Oil ½ cup,

Instructions

Fry chopped onion till they are golden brown. Boil rice with some salt. Hammer the Mutton fillets, add in ½ cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, some salt and 2 lemon juice. Leave it for some time. Grease the frying pan and grease it. Then add in the Mutton fillets. Cook it till the water dries. Then add in 1 packet cream and 1 tsp crushed black pepper. Now take 2-3 tbsp oil in the pan and add in rice. Stir fry them and dish out the rice. Put the chicken fillet on the top of the rice and serve.
