Ingredients

Ingredients for Peri Peri sauce:
10-12 Kashmiri chilies
1 tbsp Red chili flakes
2-3 cloves Garlic
2-3 tbsp Coriander fresh (chopped)
1 tbsp Mustard paste
1 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Oil
1/2 tsp Citric acid
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Ingredients for Garlic bread:
2 Bread slices
1/2 cup Butter (melted)
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
Ingredients for assembling:
425g K&N's Combo Wings
Coriander fresh for garnish

Instructions

Directions for Peri Peri Sauce:
Boil Kashmiri red chilies in vinegar for one minute.
In a blender, add red chili flakes, garlic, coriander, mustard paste, vinegar, olive oil, citric acid, lemon juice and socked Kashmiri chilies.
Blend all the ingredients well and make a smooth paste.
Your peri peri sauce is ready you can store it for up to 2-3 week.
Note: increase or decrease the quantity of Kashmiri red chilies to adjust the spice level in your sauce.
Directions for garlic bread:
In a small bowl mix butter, garlic and salt.
Take bread slices an cut in triangle shape.
Brush melted butter on bread pieces evenly and sprinkle parsley on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes until light golden brown.
Assembling:
Prepare K&N's Combo Wings as per the instructions on pack.
In a platter place combo wings and pour peri peri sauce on top.
Serve with freshly baked garlic bread and enjoy.
