Why recepie famous for?

Cucumber Meat Cut cucumbers crosswise into 4"-thick pieces. Using a rolling pin, meat mallet, or the flat side of a chef's knife, lightly crush cucumbers

Ingredients

Meat 1 kg (small pieces)

Cucumber 1 kg (medium sized)

Onion 4 (finely chopped)

Red chili 2 tsp (crushed)

Turmeric ½ tsp

Yogurt 1 cup

Green chili 5 (chopped)

Water 1 cup

Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp

Salt to taste

Tomato 2 (chopped)

Green coriander for garnish

Cooking oil 1 cup

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until color becomes golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook for few minutes and then add meat.

Stir fry meat for five minutes.

Beat yogurt and mix salt, crushed chili, coriander and turmeric.

Add this above mixture in meat and then add one cup water.

Cook meat until it tender.

Then add tomatoes and green chili and cook for a while.

Now add cucumber and simmer on low flame for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle green coriander and enjoy this cucumber meat dish.
