Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

4-5 Potatoes (cubes)
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp All-purpose flour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Water (optional)
Ingredients for gravy:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
3-4 Red chilies (dry)
3-4 Green chilies (sliced)
1/4 cup Peanuts (roasted)
1 cup Capsicum (cubes)
1 cup Onion (cubes)
2 tbsp red chili sauce
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Soya sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Water
2 tbsp Slurry (water + cornstarch)
Oil for frying

Instructions

Directions for potatoes:
Cut potatoes in cubes and boil them for about 10 to 12 minutes. Then pat dry potato cubes.
In a bowl mix corn flour, flour, salt, black pepper, water and coat potatoes in it.
Deep fry potatoes in oil until crispy.
Directions for gravy:
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, dry red chilies and sauté them.
Add peanuts, green chilies and cook for 2 minutes.
Then add capsicum, onion and cook for two more minutes.
Add chili sauce, ketchup, soya sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper, lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes.
Add water and let it boil. Then add slurry and potatoes. Mix it well.
Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
