Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Mutton 1/2 kg,
Ghee 1/2 cup,
Curd 1/2 cup,
Kewra 1 tbsp,
Ginger-Garlic paste 2 tsp,
Salt 1 tsp,
Cardamoms (green) 4,
Cloves 8,
All spice (grounded) 1/2 tsp,
Turmeric 1/4 tsp,
Chili (grounded) 2 tsp
Golden Fried onion (grou,nded) 1/2 cup,
Coriander seeds (grounded) 1 tsp,
Black peppercorn 10,

Instructions

Cooking Directions
Mix all the spices in curd.

Heat ghee in a pan and add spicy curd and meat in it and fry.

Lower heat cover and cook till half done.

Now add in grounded fried onions and stir fry for a while.

Then add 3 cups of water .

Cook on low heat till meat is tender and a thick gravy is left with ghee floating on top.

Lastly add in kewra.

Serve hot with naan.
