Ingredients

Goat brain 4,,
Egg’s white 2,
Garlic 2 clove,
Green chilies 4,
Black pepper 6 cloves,
Water 3 cup,
Rice flour ½ cup,
Coriander ½ bunch,
Whole spices 1tsp,
Red chili powder 1tbsp,
Cumin powder ½ tbsp,
Oil for frying,
Salt to taste,

Instructions

Boil the Goat brain with 3 cups of water, green chili and garlic in a large skillet.

Then clear the veal brain and cut into 6 pieces.

Now grind and mix the whole spices, green chili, and coriander, and white cumin powder, salt and red chili powder to a paste.

The marinade is ready.

Marinate the brain with the marinade for half an hour.

Coat the pieces of brain with rice flour and dip into two eggs white.

Deep fry till golden brown.
