Cook time : 6-10 minutes

Ingredients

Button mushrooms stems removed 20-24
Yogurt 2 tablespoons
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Cashewnut paste 1 tablespoon
Processed cheese grated 2 tablespoons
Green chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
Fresh cream 1 tablespoon
White pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon
Micro greens to serve
Chaat masala to sprinkle

Instructions

Step 1
Take yogurt in a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, cashewnut paste, cheese and cream and mix well.
Step 2
Add green chilli sauce and mix well. Add pepper powder, mushrooms and salt and mix well.
Step 3
Heat a little water in a Gas Oven Tandoor.
Step 4
Add lemon juice to the bowl and mix well.
Step 5
Place marinated mushrooms in the Gas Oven Tandoor (GOT) alongwith the marinade, cover and cook on medium heat till fully done. Switch off heat.
Step 6
Place micro greens on a serving platter and put tandoori mushrooms over, sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot.
