Instructions

Chop 1 bunch of salad leaves, 2 apples, 1 cup cottage cheese and 50 gm walnut.Put in a bowl.In another bowl mix together 1 tbsp oil, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp honey, 1 tsp chopped garlic, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper.Pour dressing on top of chopped vegetables mixture and serve_
