Masala Dosa in a new avatar – yummy and simply

Ingredients

Ready dosa batter 2 cups
Processed cheese grated as required
Oil as required
Schezwan sauce as required
Butter as required
3 coloured capsicums chopped as required
American corn kernels boiled as required
Black olives chopped as required
Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped as required
Cheese sauce as required

Instructions


Step 1
Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour 1 teaspoon oil on it and rub it all over the tawa with a wet tissue.
Step 2
Pour a ladleful of batter and spread to make large thin disc. Spread some butter lightly and cook till the underside is half done.
Step 3
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon mixed capsicums, 1 tablespoon corn kernels, 1 tablespoon black olives, 1-2 teaspoons coriander leaves, salt, crushed black peppercorns, 1 tablespoon cheese sauce and 2 tablespoons grated processed cheese. Fold the dosa and sprinkle some more coriander leaves.
Step 4
Make more dosas similarly and serve hot.
