Mango Mousse Shots


Why recepie famous for?

Prepared with mango and strawberry jello the Mango Mousse Shots are perfect to serve at any special occasion especially kid’s party.


Greek yogurt/ hung curd 2 cups
Mango pulp 2 cups
Sugar 2 tbsp or to taste
Gelatin 3 tsp (heaped)
Warm water ¼ cup


Strawberry jelly 1 packet

Cooking Directions
Mix Greek yogurt/ hung curd and mango pulp, mix in sugar as much you like the sweetness.

Dissolve gelatin in warm water and pour in mango mixture in a thin stream and mix constantly to avoid lumps.

Pour it in shot glasses till they are 2/3 full.

Now line a loaf pan with a towel. Place shot glasses inside loaf pan, slightly slanting.

Place in fridge to set mousse for about 2 hours.

Meanwhile prepare strawberry jelly according to packet directions and keep at room temperature.

Take out mango mousse out of fridge and pour strawberry jello in glasses and again place in fridge to set jello for about ½ hour.

Decorate with whipped cream and fresh fruits and serve.
