Turn down the heat on spicy food with this yoghurt curry cooler with banana and cocnut.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana, peeled, halved lengthways,thinly sliced
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 red onion, halved, finely chopped
1 long fresh green chilli, halved, deseeded, finely chopped
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 x 125g ctn 99.8 per cent fat-free traditional natural yoghurt (Dairy Farmers brand)
Instructions
Step 1
Kids' task: Place the banana, lemon juice, onion, chilli, 1 tablespoon of the shredded coconut and the yoghurt in a serving bowl and stir until well combined.
Step 2
Sprinkle with the remaining shredded coconut and serve immediatel
