Why recepie famous for?

Chawal Kay Pakoray - Finally a recipe of absolutely delicious and crispy pakoras. Pakoras are prepared with a batter of rice flour, chicken mince, bread crumbs and spices. Serve it with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Rice flour 250 gm
Mince Chicken 250 gm
Green chilies 4 - 5
Coriander 1/2 bunch
Red chilies 1 tbsp (crushed)
Allspice powder 1tsp
Ginger garlic 1tsp (paste)
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Eggs 4
Bread crumbs 5 tbsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Instructions

In a bowl add the rice flour, crushed red chili, allspice powder, salt, crushed green chilies, ginger garlic paste ,eggs, baking soda, minced chicken, bread crumb and coriander.

Mix well and shape the batter into small round balls.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the rice balls until they turn golden brown in color.

To drain the oil places them on an absorbent paper. Serve with tomato or chili garlic sauce.
