Now spread it on a pan and dry the water.

Now mix lemon zest, garlic, 2 tbsp of butter, black pepper, oregano and lemon juice blend it in a blender.
Now coat chicken in batter.

Heat oven at 250 C and brush the chicken with butter and bake it for 20 – 25 minutes.

During the baking take out the chicken and again grease it with butter.

Dish it out and garnish it with chopped coriander and lemon leaves
