Crispy Fried Corn Kernels

Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

1 egg-slightly beaten
350 gm baby corn kernels-peeled
1 cup cornstarch / cornflour
1 Tbsp garlic paste
1 Tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp salt
Oil for deep-frying

Instructions

Mix together the corn, egg, cornflour, garlic and ginger paste, 1 tsp salt and enough water so that they are 'coated' with the batter.
2.Heat the oil and deep-fry kernels over high heat till a very light brown.
3.Drain on absorbent paper till required.
4.Before serving, heat oil again and deep fry to a golden brown and serve.
