Why recepie famous for?
Yummy Tummy- Malai Kofta Dumplings made with cottage cheese and then simmered in a creamy gravy. Goes very well with Naan or rice.
Ingredients
- 600g Chicken Mince- 1 tbsp Red chili crushed
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 3 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 5 g Green Coriander
- 3 Green Chili
- 5 g Mint
- 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
- 1 Egg
- 150 g Mozzarella
- ½ cup Cooking oil
- 2 Onion
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 6 Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp whole cumin
Instructions
1- In a bowl, add chicken mince, salt, red chili crushed, cumin powder(1 tsp), coriander powder(1 tsp), roasted gram flour, poppy seeds, green coriander, green chili, onion(one), egg and mix it well.2- Now, make the kofta by stuffing mozzarella cheese cube in it and then shallow fry in the cooking oil.
3- In cooking pan, add cooking oil, onion(one), cumin powder( 1 tsp), ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, turmeric, red chili crushed, yogurt, salt, coriander powder and cook for a while.
4- Now, add fried kofta and cook for 5 minutes.
5- After that, simmer for 5 minutes.
Your tasty Chicken Cheese Kofta Curry now ready to serve.
Cooking time: 30-40 minutes
