Ingredients


Mutton (cut into small pieces) 800 gms,
Large onion (sliced) 1,
Oil 2 tsps,
Cloves garlic (sliced) 2,
Green chillies (chopped) 4,
Coriander seeds 1 tsp,,
Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp,
Cloves 3,
Ginger 1" piece,
Red chillies and the seeds of 2 cardamoms 2,
Salt to taste,

Instructions

Fry the sliced onion in 2 tbsp.

oil and add cloves, sliced garlic; chopped green chillies,

coriander seeds, turmeric powder, crushed cloves, ginger and red chillies.

Add the cardamoms. After 5 minutes, add the mutton pieces and enough water.

Let it simmer adding salt and tamarind pulp, till it gets cooked.
