Instructions
Soak the rice for on hour.Take a large skillet and put the rice with fresh water, cloves and cardamoms, When 3cm-4cm of water is left strain the rice.
In the same skillet add oil, yogurt, cloves and cardamoms.
When the oil forms a separate layer on top add the ginger garlic paste and chicken.
In the meantime take a bowl and add the rice, sugar, colored petha and milk.
Mix well and put the rice in the chicken mixture.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
