Why recepie famous for?
Ingredients
1 carrot julienne cut1 small onion finely chopped cut
1 cup cabbage julienne cut
1 handful green onion chopped
1 medium potato boiled and mashed
1 handful freshly chopped coriander
5-6 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli flakes
to taste Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp crushed coriander
1 packet samosas patti
Instructions
In a big mixing bowl add the ingredients and mix well.Now take samosa patti and add 1 tsp of mixture in the patti and give shape. Seal it with water/ flour mixture.
Make as much samosas as you can. Freeze them for later.
For frying: just remove frozen samosas and deep fry on medium flame.
Serve hot and enjoy with tea and other other snacks.
