Why recepie famous for?

reciperian Pakwan recipe. have it with halwa or have it with daal.

Ingredients

Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs
Ghee 2 tbs
Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
Pani (Water) ½
Cup or as required Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

In bowl,add all-purpose flour,semolina,ghee,salt and mix well.

Gradually add water and knead until firm dough is formed.

Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Grease hand with oil and knead dough again until smooth.

Take a small dough and make a ball,sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin & prick with fork (makes 7-8).

In wok,heat cooking oil and fry until golden & crispy.
