Chicken Malay Skewers for Taste
Ingredients
Chicken breast boneless, cut into cubes 1.30 kgKnorr Chicken Stock Powder (6x1kg) 5 g
Knorr Lime Seasoning (24x400g) 5 g
Cardamom, powder 3 g
Ginger, juice 20 ml
Mustard, powder 3 g
Yogurt 40 g
Green chili, paste 30 g
Fresh Coriander, chopped 20 g
Bamboo Skewers 20 pc
Lime Garlic Mayo:
Knorr Lime Seasoning (24x400g) 20 g
Best Foods Real Mayonnaise (4x4L) 400 g
Knorr Chilli Garlic Sauce (4x4kg) 200 g
Instructions
Marinate chicken cubes in Knorr Chicken Stock Powder, Knorr Lime Seasoning, spices, ginger, mustard, yoghurt and chilis for 1- 3 hours.Soak the skewers in water before skewering the chicken, this will prevent them from burning.
Grill the chicken over hot charcoal and serve with bread and lime garlic mayo sauce.
