Why recepie famous for?
An easy, all in one dish and makes a great weeknight meal.
Ingredients
4 (fillets) chicken thighs405 ml apricot juice
1 brown onion diced
1 tbs cornflour
1 tsp garlic minced
2 tsp ginger minced
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp chicken stock powder
1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions
Cut each fillet into 4 pieces, and lay in a baking dish.Mix cornflour with a little apricot nectar until smooth, then add other ingredients and mix well.
Pour over chicken and bake, uncovered, at 200C for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and brown on top.
Serve with rice or mashed potato.
