Ingredients
Injeer (Figs) 200 gms (soaked in 2 Cups of water for 2 hours) ,Soji (Semolina), ½ Cup Ghee ,½ Cup Cheeni (Sugar), ½ Cup or to taste Elaichi powder, (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp Badam (Almonds) chopped, ½ Cup Dry milk powder 1 Cup,Instructions
Directions:In chopper,add figs with water,chop well & set aside.
In wok,add semolina and roast until fragrant.
Add ghee and mix well.
Now add blended figs paste,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add sugar,cardamom powder and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes then cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes and mix continuously.
Add almonds and mix well.
Add dry milk powder and give it a good mix.
Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes & serve!
