Ingredients
Split green lentil lentil ½ Cupyellow lentil ½ Cup
Red lentil ½ Cup
White Lentil ½ Cup
Split gram lentil ½ cup
Salt to taste Cumin
1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Chili
1 ½ Teaspoon Crushed Coriander
1 ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon Onion 1 Green Chili 4 Finely Chopped Coriander ½ Bunch
Chatni
Tamarind paste ¼ Cup Chaat Masala
½ Teaspoon Sugar 1 Teaspoon Water ¼ Cup
Instructions
Wash all the lentils and soak them in water overnight or minimum 5-6 hours.Drain water from soaked lentils and grind them to a coarse mixture. Add water to bring the desired consisIn a chopper, add onion, coriander and green chilies and chop for 10-15 seconds. Add to lentils mixture.
Add all the spices and mix well.
In a frying pan heat oil and make dumplings and deep fry.
Tamarind sauce:
Soak imli in water for 20 minutes, take out stones and add sugar, chaat masala and mix well.tency and take out in a bowl.
