Potato Doughnuts Recipe for taste

Ingredients

½ KG Chicken

5 Green Chilies (chopped)

1 Onion (chopped)

10 gm Mint (chopped)

10 gm Fresh Coriander (chopped)

Salt (As Needed)

1 TBSP Cumin Powder

1 TBSP Red Chili Crushed

1 TSP Garam Masala Powder

½ TSP Turmeric Powder

1 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste

1 KG Potatoes (Boiled & Mashed)

6 TBSP Maida

4 TBSP Corn Flour

2 Eggs

Instructions

1. First of all, In a grinder, add chicken, Chopped Green Chilies, Chopped Onion, Mint, Fresh Coriander, Salt, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Crushed, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste and grind them well

2. Next, Take a bowl, add Potatoes (Boiled & Mashed). Then add the grinded mixture which we have prepared above. Also add Maida, Corn Flour, Egg, mix them again with the help of your hands & keep this mixture aside

3. It’s time to make potato doughnuts. Apply some cooking oil at your hands & make round shape cutlets from the mixture which we have prepared in previous step. Place a round cut in these round cutlets to make doughnuts

4. Dip these into Egg & apply bread crumbs

5. Finally, add Kisan Cooking Oil in a pan. Put the round shaped doughnuts into this oil and fry them at low flame until they changed into golden brown

6. Tasty Potato doughnuts are ready to serve
