Ingredients
Whole large green chili – ½ kg,Amchoor powder – 3 tbsp,
Crushed dry coriander seeds – 3 tbsp,
Roasted crushed cumin seeds – 2 tbsp,
Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp,
Salt – 1/2 tsp,
Fresh bread crumbs – 1 cup,
Tamarind pulp – 1 cup,
Instructions
METHOD:Take whole large green chilies cut in the middle.
Then in a bowl add amchoor powder, crushed coriander, roasted crushed cumin seeds, red chili powder, salt, fresh bread crumbs, tamarind pulp. Mix well.
Then fill the mixture in chilies and set aside.
