Ingredients

1 439-gram can canned fruit cocktail in light syrup drained,
1 cup nata de coco (jelly made from coconut water) green drained,
1 cup nata de coco red, drained,
1/2 cup strawberry syrup,
1 1/2 cups whipped cream,

Instructions



In a large bowl, mix fruit cocktail and nata de coco. Transfer to a strainer over the bowl to drain completely at least 30 minutes to overnight. Set aside.

When ready to serve, spoon in a layer of strawberry syrup, about 1 tablespoon, each in the bottom of three small bowls. Add a layer of fruit cocktail mix, about 2 spoonfuls of whipped cream, another layer of fruit cocktail mix, and finally another 2 spoonfuls of whipped cream. Drizzle with another tablespoon of strawberry sauce, and serve immediately
