Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

For Dough:
Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
Salt a pinch
Water as needed


For Filling:
Potato – 1 medium size boiled
Salt a pinch
Pepper optional
Ghee for frying paratha



Instructions


Take dough ingredients in a bowl and make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest.
Mash potato with some salt and pepper. Divide it into two balls.
Take one ball, flatten it out, place a ball in the middle, cover it up, roll it into thick paratha.
Put it in hot tawa and cook on both sides till done. Apply ghee as needed.
Tear it into small pieces and feed your baby.
