Why recepie famous for?

Cook time : 6-10 minutes


Sugar 250 grams for coating
Liquid glucose 2 tablespoons
Gelatin 2 tablespoons
Vanilla essence 2 teaspoons
Orange colour edible few drops
Yellow Colour edible few drops
Blue colour edible few drops


Step 1
Heat sugar and liquid glucose in a small deep non-stick pan. Add ½ cup water, mix and bring to boil.
Step 2
Take gelatin in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons water and set aside to bloom. Add to sugar-glucose mixture and mix till it dissolves.
Step 3
Add vanilla essence, mix and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into 3 different bowls. Add edible orange colour to the1st bowl and mix well. Similarly, add edible yellow colour to the 2nd bowl and edible blue colour to the 3rd bowl.
Step 5
Pour the mixtures in chocolate mould tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and demould. These are jujubes.
Step 6
Spread sugar on a plate. Coat the jujubes with sugar and serve.
