Why recepie famous for?

"A very spicy dish. This recipe is inspired by reciprrain 's Bengali fish recipe she used to make in pakistan ."

Ingredients

1 KG Fresh fish

Salt (As Needed)

2 Onions

2 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste

1 TBSP Fenugreek Seeds

1 TBSP Mustard Paste

½ TSP Whole Cumin

2 Tomatoes

½ Cup Yogurt

3 Green Chilies

1 TBSP Coriander Powder

1 TSP Turmeric powder

1 & ½ Lemon Juice

10 gm Green Coriander

1 TSP Red Chili Powder

½ Cup Cooking Oil

1 TBSP Kasuri Methi

Instructions

Cooking Method:
1. In a bowl, add fish, Salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, Lemon Juice, mix them all and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes

2. Now Take a pan, add cooking oil and marinated fish in this pan, let it fry until it changes into golden brown

3. Add garlic, Fenugreek seeds, Mustard seeds, Cumin Powder, Green chili, onion in a pan, and cook it for 1 Minute
4. Now add tomato paste, yogurt and cook it for 2 minutes

5. Now add salt, red chili powder, Chopped red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric and cook it for 5 Minutes

6. Now add kasuri Methi, Fried fish and simmer it for 5 Minutes

7. Your tasty Fish Salan is ready to serve

Cooking Time: 40 Minutes Serve: 3 People
