Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Camel Meat: 750 grams ,
Home made Masala: 1-1/2 tbsp ,
Red Curry: as required ,
Garlic: 6 Cloves ,
Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste:1-1/2 tbsp ,
Karahi Chillies: 8 to 10 ,
Ginger: 2 inch piece ,
Salt: as per taste,
Oil: 1/2 cup,

Instructions

Add meat and garlic to a cooking pan; let it cook on medium-slow flame.
Now remove meat water and let it tenderize well.
Then add red curry and karahi masala. Cook well.
Once water is dried, add salt, green chillies and julienne ginger.
Oont ki karahi is ready.
Serve hot with naans.
