Potato Salad

Why recepie famous for?

Quick and easy - just be careful or you'll eat the whole thing!

Ingredients

5 potatoes cubed peeled
4 spring onions thinly sliced
250 g bacon rashers thinly sliced
1 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

Boil potatoes for roughly 10 minutes until just cooked.
Drain potatoes and place in refrigerator for 1 hour, or in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Cook bacon in frying pan until cooked and crispy.
Once potatoes are cooled, mix in mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon and spring onions.
