Ingredients

700g Chicken with bones
10-12 Black peppercorns
4 Garlic cloves
1/2 inch Ginger piece
1 tsp Salt
8 cups Water
Ingredients for soup:
5-6 Tomatoes (peeled)
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Green chilies (chopped)
1 cup Macaroni
1 cup Sweet corns
1 cup Capsicum (chopped)
1 cup Carrots (chopped)
4 cups Chicken stock
1 tbsp Cornstarch (mixed in water)
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Oregano (dried)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper powder
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Chili sauce
1/2 cup Green onion
1 cup Shredded chicken

Instructions

In a pan add chicken, water, black peppercorns, garlic, ginger, salt and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Remove skim. Then cover it and let in simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until fully tender.
Shred the chicken, strain the stock and set aside.
Directions for soup:
In a blender add peeled tomatoes and blend until you get a fine paste.
In a pan heat oil, add garlic, green chilies and sauté for a minute.
Then add tomato mixture, chicken stock, elbow macaroni and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then add sweet corns, capsicum, carrots, chili flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper, soy sauce and chili sauce.
Cook for 5 to 6 minutes more.
Then add green onion, corn flour mixture and cook until soup get thickens to your desired consistency.
Serve hot and enjoy.
