Ingredients

Boneless Fish (Bhetki) 300g
Potato 300g
Egg 4 pieces
Salt as per taste
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Cooking Oil as per taste
Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
Red Chili Crushed 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Cheese 50 g
Green Chili 2 pieces
Green Coriander 1 tbsp
Maida Flour 1 cup
Breadcrumbs as needed

Instructions

Method

1- In a cooking pot, add water, salt, potatoes and boil it then mash it.
2- In a bowl, add fish pieces, salt, lemon juice, corn flour and mix it. After that, keep it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
3- In a cooking pan, add cooking oil and marinated fish. Now, fry it until light brown and then chop this fried fish.
4- In a bowl, add and mix mashed potatoes, chopped fried fish, egg 1piece, salt, black pepper crushed, red chili crushed, cumin powder, cheese, green chili, green coriander. After that, make kabab of this mixture.
5- Now, firstly cover the kabab with maida flour, then with egg and at last with breadcrumbs. Deep fry it until golden brown.
Your tasty Fish and Potato Kabab now ready to serve.
