Ingredients

INGREDIENTS.
1/2 kilograms minced mutton.
1 tablespoon powdered fennel seeds powder.
1/2 tablespoon kasoori methi powder.
3 crushed clove.
1 crushed black cardamom.
1 tablespoon ghee.
3 strand saffron.
1 tablespoon mustard oil.
1/2 tablespoon cumin powder.
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon.
2 leaf bay leaf.
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds.
1 cup yoghurt (curd).
0 salt as required.

Instructions




Step 1
To prepare this delectable curry, first, take a medium sized bowl. Then, add minced mutton along with salt and mustard oil in it. Now, mix well and keep aside for a while.

Step 2
Next, take a soft cloth and add cumin powder along with fennel powder, coriander powder, kasoori methi, clove, cardamom powder, crushed cardamom and salt in it. Then, tie the ends of the cloth and make a pouch out of it. Keep aside for a while.

Step 3
Now, take a deep bottomed vessel and place it on high flame. Then, pour 4 glasses of water in it and let it boil. Once the water has boiled, take the spice pouch(step 2) and place it in the water carefully. Also, add bay leaves directly in the water.

Step 4
Next, make small round dumplings from the minced mutton mixture(step 1) prepared. Then, transfer all the dumplings in the boiled water carefully. Cook them until the broth disappears and then turn the flame off. Once the water reaches room temperature, carefully squeeze and remove the cloth pouch from the vessel.

Step 5
Now, take a separate medium sized wok and place it on low flame. Then, add cumin seeds along with yogurt in it. Also, add ghee and stir well for a while. Make sure that the curd doesn't curdle. Then, transfer the prepared mutton mixture(step 4) in this wok and stir well. Stir for next 4-5 minutes and then turn the flame off.
