Camel Kabab Recipe for taste

Ingredients

Camel Meat Mince: 1/2 kg

Split Gram: 1/2 cup

Almonds: 10 (blanched)

Crushed Coconut: 1 tbsp

Whole All SpIce Powder: 1 tbsp

Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp

Salt: 1 tsp

Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tsp

Onion: 1

1 Lemon JuIce



Filling Ingredients:

Cheese: 1/2 cup

Onion: 1/2 cup (thinly chopped)

Green Coriander: 1/2 cup (thinly chopped)

Green Chillies: 4 pcs (thinly chopped)

Instructions

Add lentil, water to mincemeat and remaining ingredients to the mincemeat.

Roast and grind finely.

Add 1 lemon juice and mix well.


Mix all filling ingredients together.

Make kababs with ground mincemeat and fill in with the filling mixture.

Fry all kababs.

Once they become golden brown, dish out, garnish and serve.

Enjoy camel kababs with raita and chutney.
