Ingredients
Boneless chicken legs cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces 400 gramsYogurt 1/2 cup
Black peppercorns crushed to taste
Paprika 1 teaspoon
All spice powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Oil for brushi
Pita breads 4
Mixed vegetable salad to serve
Instructions
Step 1Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Add yogurt, crushed peppercorns, all spice powder, paprika, salt, garlic paste, lemon juice and olive oil and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Skewer chicken pieces onto satay sticks.
Step 3
Heat a griller and brush with some oil. Place pita breads on it, cover and grill till grill marks appear on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4
Place skewers on the griller, cover and grill till chicken is fully cooked.
Step 5
Serve hot with pita breads and salad.
