Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Ingredients,
For Pav:
Flour 2 cups,
Salt 1 tsp,
Sugar 1 tbsp,
Instant yeast 1½ tsp,
Egg 1,
Oil 3 tbsp,
Lukewarm water to knead,
Egg 1 for brushing (beaten),
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp,

For Qeema:,

Mince ½ kg,
Oil ½ cup,
Green chilies (sliced) 4,
Cumin seeds 1 tsp,
Onions (chopped) 1 cup,
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp,
Tomatoes (chopped) 3,
Salt to taste,
Red chili powder 3 tsp,
Turmeric ¼ tsp,
Garam masala powder ½ tsp,
Coriander powder 2 tsp,
Curry leaves 2 tbsp,
Peas (boiled) ½ cup,
Butter 2 tbsp,

Instructions

Knead with lukewarm water in to soft dough.

Cover the dough leave to rise for 1 hour at warm place.

Punch down dough make in to 12 small balls. Put in a well greased square pan side by side. Cover and leave again to rise for 30 minutes until doubled.

Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake on 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes. After 8 minutes remove from oven and spray with water. Again place in oven and continue baking for 4-6 minutes.

For Qeema: Heat oil; add green chilies sauté for 1 minute. Add cumin seeds with chopped onions fry till light golden.

Add ginger garlic paste with chopped tomatoes and salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder and curry leaves. Cook for 1 minute.

Add mince. Fry for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup water.

Cover and cook for 20 minutes till mince tender and oil separates.

Add peas, garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with pav topped with butter.
