Ingredients
Chicken/ mutton/beef ½ kgWhole red chilies 6-8 (crushed)
Whole coriander 1 tbsp (crushed)
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp (crushed)
Mix garam masala 1tbsp (crushed)
Garlic cloves 5-6
Ginger 1tbsp (finely chopped)
Yogurt 1cup
Onion 2 (sliced, fried)
Onion 1 (chopped )
Oil ½ cup
Tomatoes 4
Mint ½ bunch
Hara dhania ½ bunch
Green chilies 4-6
Food color 1/2tsp
Kewra water 1tsp

Instructions
Heat up oil and cook 1 onion until pink color take it out and in same oil fry meat then add garam masala, ginger garlic, yogurt and 1 cup water .Cook it till the water dries.Now add tomatoes, hara dhania, green chilies and mint. Cook it on high flame for 5-6 mins.
Heat water (2 ½ times more than the rice). As soon as it boils, add the whole gram masala, rice and adjust salt to taste.
Cook the rice till ¾ done and then drain in the colander.
After greasing a pot add rice then a layer of gravy then rice; sprinkle brown onion, and drop yellow color dissolve in kewra water.
Simmer it on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
