Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Mutton cubes ½ Kg,
Garlic paste 1 tbsp,
Yogurt 1 cup,
White cumin 1 tsp,
Black cumin 1 tsp,
Pepper powder ½ tsp,
Red chili paste 1 tsp,
Sesame 1 tbsp,
Brown onion paste 1 cup,
Vinegar ½ cup,
Papaya paste 3 tbsp,
Oil 4 tbsp,
Salt to taste,

Instructions

In a mixing bowl add garlic paste, oil, yogurt, white cumin, black cumin, pepper powder, red chili, sesame, brown onion paste, vinegar, papaya paste, salt.

Apply the marinade on mutton cubes for 1 hour.

Now in a pan add the marinated mutton cubes and simmer it.

Then add some water to it and let the mutton tender.

After mutton tenders and spices are well cooked put off the flame.

Heat the sizzling plate, place the mutton cubes and serve.
