Ingredients
Mutton liver ½ kg,Cucumber 1,
Carrot 1,
Garlic 1 tbsp chopped,
Ginger 1 tbsp chopped,
Ousters sauce 1 tsp,
Sesame oil 1 tsp,
Soy sauce 1 tsp,
Chilli sauce 1 tsp,
Black pepper 1 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Oil 5 tbsp,
Instructions
In a pan heat oil and fry liver .In another pan add ginger and garlic paste stir and fry.
Then add liver, soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper and salt, cook on high flame.
Add carrot, sesame oil and ousters sauce and stir fry.
Garnish it with carrot, cucumber and serve.
