Why recepie famous for?
A wicked creamy potato bake that is not for dieters!
Ingredients
8 potatoes large unpeeled washed thinly sliced250g cheese grated
500g bacon rashers chopped
300ml thickened cream
1 tbs Dijon mustard
Instructions
Place a layer of potatoes in a baking dish.Sprinkle a layer of cheese over the potato slices.
Sprinkle bacon over the cheese.
Continue these steps and finish with extra cheese on the top.
Mix cream and mustard together and pour over the top.
Bake at 220C for 45 minutes, then again at 180C for 30-40 minutes, until potatoes are soft and cheese has browned.
