Ingredients
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
2 1/4 cups hot water, divided
2 cups heavy cream1/4 teaspoon liquid
no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®), or to taste
Instructions
Place cocoa and cinnamon into a medium pot. Add 1/4 cup hot water and whisk over medium heat until fully combined. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring continuously, for 2 minutes.Stir heavy cream into the mixture, followed by remaining water and sweetener. Continue to cook and stir over medium heat, making sure it does not boil, until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
