Here is a fun recipe for the kids to try this summer.

Ingredients


1 3/4 cups Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt
250g strawberries
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey

Instructions


Step 1
Place 250g strawberries, washed, hulled, chopped in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a large jug. Stir in 1 3/4 cups Greek-style yoghurt, 1/3 cup milk and 2 tablespoons honey.
Step 2
Pour into 8 x 1/3 cup popsicle moulds. Place a popsicle stick in each one and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight or until set.
Step 3
Remove from the moulds and drizzle the tops with chocolate ice magic and sprinkle with hundreds and thousands. Serve immediately.
